Shipping and Returns

FBMI offers free shipping within the UAE
Please email info@fbmi.ae for return shipping address and information.
*FBMI is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Returns:

FBMI gladly accepts returns of defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Sale items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

FBMI holds the right to any additional terms and reasons for the objection of any returned item and such reasoning may be updated and adjust at any given time with or without notice.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fbmi.ae.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We replace defective or damaged items for free. Just send us an email at info@fbmi.ae

Shipping:

Return merchandise by using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. To return your product, please mail your product to: PO Box 145883 Abu Dhabi UAE. Please notify us of any return at info@fbmi.ae so that we will be expecting your package.

International Shipping:

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on FBMI.AE and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. FBMI.AE has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
